The term view-finder cameras means in the conventional sense cameras, whose view-finder is externally attached. The picture covers itself only in the rarest case with the object. The technical term for this is called parallax-error. However with some exercise this is to compensate, as many pictures of professional underwater-photographers, who potograph exclusively with view-finder cameras show. The convenience of use, the weight and mostly verry good objectives, as of the Nikonossystem or the cameras of Motomarine, whose objectives can be changed under water, are the strengths of view-finder cameras. Additionally there exist from different companies snorkel cameras, whose tightness is ensured by fifteen meters, what for snorkeling, bathing or for extreme use, as for example sailing is quite enough.
